Job Requirements
- Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexible schedule including holidays, evenings and weekends
- Ability to follow safety regulations for food and service handling
- Ability to safely operate kitchen equipment
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a dishwasher or kitchen helper role is a plus but not required
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively
- Flexible schedule required including holidays, evenings, and weekends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must understand, speak, read and write fluent English
- Ability to follow regulations for safe handling of food and service items
- Ability to use equipment and materials carefully and safely following correct operation and cleaning procedures
Job Duties
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Sort and store clean dishes and utensils in appropriate areas
- Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of kitchen equipment and appliances
- Dispose of trash and waste according to facility protocols
- Assist kitchen staff with basic prep work as needed
