Job Duties
- clean and sanitize plates glassware utensils and kitchen equipment
- maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas
- follow safety and sanitation protocols
- handle dishwashing machines and equipment properly
- assist with waste disposal and recycling
- support the team by ensuring timely clearing and cleaning of used dishes
- report any maintenance issues with dishwashing equipment
