Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred
- Food Handlers Card (California, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Nevada, Texas, Virginia)
- Ability to operate dishwashing machinery
- Physical capability to perform cleaning and lifting duties
- Knowledge of basic sanitation procedures
- Ability to follow safety and chemical handling protocols
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Familiarity with chemical cleaning agents used in dish machines
- Basic knowledge of sanitation and safety standards in a restaurant environment

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of plate ware, glassware, tableware, and cooking utensils
- Operate and maintain dish machine and dish room areas
- Sweep and mop floors
- wipe down workstations, walls, and furniture
- Remove trash
- Sort and rinse dirty dishes and place in dish machine racks
- Sort, stack, and transport clean dishes to proper storage areas
- Change dishwater in dish machine as required
- Wash pots, pans, and trays
- Fill and empty soak tubs with cleaning and sanitizing solutions
- Assemble and disassemble the dish machine
- Prepare and strive for perfection in cleanliness and organization
