- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- basic understanding of sanitation and safety standards

Job Duties
- wash dishes and kitchen utensils promptly and efficiently
- maintain the cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- support kitchen staff by ensuring a steady supply of clean equipment
- manage waste and maintain proper sanitation standards
- assist with occasional kitchen cleaning tasks
- help keep the kitchen organized and running smoothly
- follow all safety and hygiene protocols
