Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role desirable
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift and carry heavy items
- Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

- Can safely and efficiently operate dishwashing equipment
- Demonstrates strong time management and attention to detail

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of dishes, pots, pans, and utensils according to cleaning schedules and procedures
- Set up dishwashing and pot washing areas and operate equipment properly
- Return clean dishes and utensils to their proper storage locations
- Sanitize kitchen equipment, workstations, and surfaces as scheduled
- Remove trash and maintain cleanliness in dishwashing and kitchen areas
