Job Requirements
- minimum age as required by law
- ability to stand for extended periods
- basic knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures
- ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- physical capability to lift heavy kitchen equipment
- willingness to follow company policies and procedures
- legal authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- wash dishes and kitchen utensils promptly and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- ensure sanitation guidelines are followed
- assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks when needed
- support general kitchen operations to facilitate smooth service
- follow all safety and health regulations
- participate in team meetings and training sessions
