Job Qualifications

- basic physical ability to perform dishwashing tasks
Job Duties
- set up dish washing area including preparing the dish machine and scraping area
- break down dish washing area after use
- work collaboratively with other dishwashers as a team
- scrape service ware and pots to prepare them for washing
- rack service ware and pots properly for washing
- wash dishes and kitchenware using commercial dishwashing equipment
- return cleaned items to established storage areas
