- clean and sanitize plates, glassware, and utensils
- maintain cleanliness of dishwashing areas

- support kitchen team with timely cleaning duties
- follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- manage waste disposal and recycling
- assist with inventory of dishwashing supplies
