Job Duties
- Operate dishwashing equipment and ensure cleanliness of all dishes and kitchenware
- Maintain the overall cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Sort and organize dishes, utensils, and kitchen tools for efficient washing
- Dispose of trash and recyclables properly
- Support kitchen staff with prep cleaning tasks as needed
- Follow all health and safety regulations and standards
- Assist in stocking kitchen supplies and organizing storage areas
