Job Requirements

  • must be 18 years of age or older
  • able to provide legal documentation to work in the United States
  • open availability including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • willingness to perform physically demanding tasks

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role preferred but not required
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
  • strong attention to detail and cleanliness

  • ability to follow instructions and safety protocols

Job Duties

  • wash dishes using three-compartment sink and commercial dishwasher
  • clean the restaurant thoroughly
  • manage restaurant trash according to property regulations
  • unload deliveries and assist with inventory
  • support kitchen and front-of-house staff as needed
  • maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas
  • follow health and safety guidelines at all times
