Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
  • Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distracting conditions
  • Ability to read and write handwritten notes
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to move about the facility and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to walk or stand 100 percent of the shift
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, mop, sweep and wipe frequently

Job Qualifications

  • Previous maintenance experience at a hotel or restaurant is preferred but not required
  • Ability to clearly communicate with guests and other team members
  • Discipline and self-motivation
  • Friendly demeanor and ability to smile frequently
  • Ability to follow company safety and sanitation policies
  • Ability to handle chemicals properly and safely
  • Ability to operate equipment safely and correctly

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through the best combination of food, drinks and games in an ideal environment for celebrating all out fun
  • Keep immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and take prompt corrective action where necessary or suggest alternative courses of action
  • Use all chemicals properly in the correct quantities for safety and cost control
  • Safely and correctly operate all equipment
  • Clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware and glassware
  • Carefully sort all dishware and flatware to ensure none are lost or disposed of
  • Clean and sanitize kitchen pots, pans and utensils
  • Adhere to all company safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Carefully handle all glassware and dishware to eliminate breakage
  • Empty all trash in the kitchen and clean and maintain trash cans
  • Assist the other kitchen staff members with pressure point relief during the shift as needed
  • Assist with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes
  • Assist with some prep and banquet items as directed by management
  • Clean and maintain kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
  • Assist in the maintenance of kitchen storage areas, cleanliness and stocking
  • Clean and maintain all mats
  • Assist other team members as needed or when business needs dictate
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with all other company team members to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate
  • Smile and remain friendly while working days, nights and/or weekends as required
  • Demonstrate ability to clearly communicate with guests and other team members
  • Be disciplined and self-motivated
  • Dress in accordance with dress guidelines, looking neat, clean and professional at all times
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
