Job Requirements
- 18 years of age or older
- passion for food and people
- previous culinary experience preferred but not required
- team player with good attitude and sense of urgency
- ability to read and follow written recipes, standards, and safety instructions
- reliable transportation
- ability to work in hot and cool environments
- able to lift at least 20 pounds and frequently squat and bend
- self-accountable in upholding high standards
- able to work in an extremely fast-paced setting standing for up to 8 hours daily
- willingness to learn and develop
- ServSafe Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)

Job Duties
- ensure cleanliness and quality of dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen items
- follow food safety and sanitation standards consistently
- ensure dish machine operates at correct temperatures
- use proper detergents and sanitizers in dish machine and cleaning processes
- abide by Material Safety Data Sheets for hazardous chemicals
- maintain safe, clean, and organized kitchen walkways
- keep dish area free from debris
- assist kitchen with prep work, food orders, and produce rotation
