Job Requirements

  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, nights and holidays

  • Must be able to quickly switch between tasks
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, noisy and confined environments

Job Qualifications

  • No prior experience required
  • Past experience in fast food, stewarding, stocking merchandise, food service, restaurants or general housekeeping helpful
  • Ability to tolerate varied working conditions and perform physical activities like standing, walking, bending, lifting up to 75 lbs, pushing up to 150 lbs, and working in fast-paced, noisy, and potentially confining environments
  • Must be able to change activities quickly
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Operate and maintain dish machine to standards, efficiently processing dishes and utensils
  • Unload dish machine, stack, store, and return dishes and utensils to proper area of kitchen
  • Maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen, including emptying garbage cans and performing general cleaning tasks
  • Ensure floor safety by sweeping, mopping, and drying, and transport soiled ware to designated areas
  • Handle cleaning chemicals safely, wipe down countertops, restock supplies, and assist with equipment movement
  • Set up equipment and bus stations for efficient service, anticipating event order needs and performing additional assigned duties
