Job Qualifications

- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for long periods

- Desire to maintain high cleanliness and hygiene standards
Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools such as dishwashers, hand washing stations, pot scrubbing areas, and trash compactors
- Wash and disinfect kitchen and storage areas, tables, utensils, knives, and equipment
- Receive deliveries, store perishable products properly, and rotate stock
- Ensure clean dishes are stored in appropriate areas
- Use chemical detergents, disinfectants, and rinse agents in the three-compartment sink for washing dishes
- Inspect, stack clean items, return dirty items for re-washing, and apply hot water spray to loosen and remove food residues
- Sort, soak, and wash/rewash cutlery
- Sort and separate containers for dirty items
- Empty trash bins and maintain the waste disposal area
- Clean and mop all assigned areas
- Dispose of glass in appropriate containers
- Break down cardboard boxes and other recyclables and place them in recycling containers
- Comply with all company safety policies and procedures, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions
- Communicate clearly and professionally with others
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships and support teamwork
- Lift, move, push, drag, and place objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance
- Stand, sit, or walk for prolonged periods
- Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, dragging, and leaning
- Perform other reasonable work tasks as assigned by supervisors
