Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the US
- Previous restaurant experience strongly preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Ability to operate dishwashing equipment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Basic knowledge of kitchen sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Operate dishwashing machine and ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipment are clean and sanitized
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dishwashing area
- Remove trash and assist with kitchen sanitation
- Support kitchen staff by timely cleaning of dishes during peak hours
- Follow health and safety regulations
- Assist with unloading and storing kitchen supplies
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate work flow
