Job Requirements
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation procedures
- Must be at least 18 years old
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment is a plus

Job Duties
- Wash, store, and stock all plateware, glassware, eating utensils, cups, bowls, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment to ensure sufficient quantities are on hand and ready to serve guests
- Assist in the set-up, operation, and cleanup of the interior and exterior of the restaurant
- Demonstrate attention to detail when spot cleaning floors, carpeting, walls, and other furnishings to maintain a safe and pleasing environment
- Communicate effectively with others
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Work well in collaboration with the team
