Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to work full availability including nights and weekends
- Physical capability to handle kitchen duties including lifting and moving
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- Effective communication skills

- Prior experience in a dishwasher role or kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen

Job Duties
- Keep the dish station clean, organized and running efficiently
- Assist with food preparation as needed
- Stock kitchen supplies and ingredients
- Manage trash and recycling according to safety standards
- Maintain overall kitchen safety and cleanliness
- Support the chefs and kitchen team in daily tasks
- Participate actively in a positive team environment
