Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to lift and move heavy kitchen equipment
- physical stamina for repetitive tasks and standing

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior dishwashing or kitchen experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Wash, store, and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares
- maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- ensure a clean, sanitized, and safe environment and equipment for guests and team members
- support team efforts with genuine hospitality and cooperation
- follow all health and safety protocols
- assist with other cleaning and maintenance duties as required
