Job Duties
- cleaning and sanitizing plates, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- maintaining cleanliness of the dishwashing area and kitchen surfaces
- ensuring all guest and team member touch points are sanitized
- assisting kitchen staff by removing dirty dishes promptly
- following health and safety standards and sanitation procedures
- supporting team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment
