Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- One year or more of high volume culinary or hospitality experience
- Current food handler's card and necessary certification as required by federal state or local law
- Basic knowledge of restaurant skills including food equipment kitchenware tableware storage and rotation proper cleaning and sanitizing
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to bend stoop and kneel frequently
- Routine standing for duration of shift
- Willingness to perform other duties as required
- Scheduled shifts determined by business needs
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Actively participate in a team environment demonstrating genuine hospitality and team player skills to promote culinary success
- Foster cleanliness by sanitizing tableware pots pans and cooking equipment
- Keep dishroom and equipment clean and organized
- Ensure safety cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen by maintaining specified agency standards
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as sweeping mopping and trash removal
- Support the business by performing other duties as required
- Maintain proper storage and rotation of food equipment kitchenware and tableware
