Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not mandatory
- ability to follow directions closely
- available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physically able to perform repetitive tasks
- commitment to maintaining cleanliness and safety in the kitchen

- experience with dishwashing equipment is preferred but not required

- Operating the dish machine
- supervising proper rinse and wash temperatures
- changing water, storing, and using dish chemicals properly
- setting up and organizing the dish racks
- removing trash
