Job Duties
- Keep dishes clean according to restaurant standards
- Maintain equipment, service ware, and restaurant property cleanliness
- Ensure work areas are clean and orderly at all times
- Assist other employees as specified by supervisors
- Follow all health and safety guidelines in the kitchen and dish area
- Support team members to uphold the restaurant's hospitality and teamwork values
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report shortages
