Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift heavy items
- Ability to follow instructions
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties
- Ensure the cleanliness of all dishware
- Carefully wash by hand and safely operate washing equipment
- Polish stainless and silverware
- Maintain kitchen safety by clearing spills and cleaning kitchen surfaces
- Empty wash and return trash bins over three quarters full
- Keep the wash area organized
- Help with special and deep cleaning projects
