- Ensuring cleanliness and organization of dishware and small wares
- Disposing of trash and removing linen bags
- Maintaining rinse and wash temperature criteria during cleaning
- Optimizing cleanliness of the kitchen area
- Following safety and sanitation standards
- Supporting team members as a cooperative team player
