Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- one year or more fine dining or restaurant experience preferred
- ability to read, write and understand English to communicate with employees and guests
- manual dexterity to use kitchen equipment
- physical stamina to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull continuously without extended sitting
- ability to lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 pounds

Job Duties
- load and operate the dishwashing machine safely and efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area
- ensure proper handling and sanitation of all kitchen utensils and dishware
- assist with timely clearing and resetting of dining areas as needed
- follow all safety and health regulations within the kitchen environment
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff and dining personnel
- support overall dining experience by providing reliable and courteous service
