Job Duties

  • Communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork
  • keep the dish area organized, clean, sanitized and running smoothly
  • maintain proper water temperature for cleaning and sanitizing
  • wash dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment efficiently
  • dispose of waste and recyclables properly
  • restock dishwashing station supplies
  • assist kitchen and dining staff as needed
