Job Requirements

- minimum of 1 year of experience in fine dining hospitality and or casual dining restaurant
- ability to handle multiple priorities

Job Duties
- Perform dish washing and pot washing
- clean general kitchen areas and equipment
- store and rotate food and supplies according to safety standards
- carry out janitorial duties in dining service areas such as Dining Room and Bistro
- handle all food storage and cleaning activities complying with sanitary procedures
- adhere to federal, state, and local regulatory procedures
- maintain cleanliness and organization in all assigned areas
