Job Requirements
- Prior experience in back-of-house operations
- Ability to work full time schedule Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
- Ability to follow safety and sanitation protocols
- Basic literacy and communication skills
- Physical ability to perform tasks requiring standing, lifting, and repetitive motion
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and drug-free workplace standards
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in back-of-house operations
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety protocols
- Ability to work full time, Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
- Good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks
- Team-oriented mindset
- Attention to detail
Job Duties
- Scrapes and rinses food from dirty dishes and washes them by hand or places them in racks or on conveyor to dishwashing machine depending on assigned equipment
- Ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation
- Washes pots, pans and trays based on assigned procedures
- Polishes silver using burnishing machine tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel and hand cloth depending on assigned equipment and procedures
- Ensures compliance with outlined safety procedures
- Maintains temperatures and chemical levels as outlined by provided standards
- Keeps dish area orderly and in compliance with safety standards
