Job Duties
- wash dishes and kitchen utensils to maintain cleanliness and hygiene
- operate industrial dishwashing machines effectively and safely
- ensure timely availability of clean pots, pans, plates, and utensils for kitchen and dining use
- organize and maintain dishwashing area to meet safety and health standards
- assist kitchen staff with other cleaning duties as needed
- manage waste disposal and recycling procedures
- support team members by maintaining a cooperative and positive work environment
