Job Duties
- delivers an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- keeps immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters, taking corrective actions or suggesting alternatives
- uses all chemicals properly in correct quantities for safety and cost control
- safely and correctly operates all equipment
- cleans and sanitizes all dishware, flatware and glassware
- sorts dishware and flatware carefully to prevent loss or damage
- cleans and sanitizes kitchen pots, pans and utensils
- adheres to all safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- handles glassware and dishware carefully to avoid breakage
- empties trash and cleans trash cans
- assists kitchen staff with pressure relief
- helps with line maintenance, sweeping and clearing dirty dishes
- assists with prep and banquet items as directed by management
- cleans and maintains kitchen and dish areas, floors, walls and drains
- assists in maintenance of kitchen storage areas and stocking
- cleans and maintains all mats
- assists other team members as needed
- maintains favorable working relationships to promote cooperative and harmonious work climate
- smiles and remains friendly while working various shifts
- communicates clearly with guests and team members
