Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- ability to stand for extended periods
- strong work ethic and reliability
- ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- physical ability to lift and move kitchenware and dishwashing equipment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in dishwashing or similar role is a plus but not required
- ability to work well in a team environment
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- basic understanding of sanitation and cleaning procedures
Job Duties
- communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork
- keep the dish area organized, clean, sanitized and running smoothly
- maintain the proper water temperature for cleaning and sanitizing
- support kitchen staff by ensuring timely availability of clean dishes and utensils
- comply with health and safety regulations in all dishwashing activities
