Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation standards
- Capability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Ability to follow instructions and work well with others
- Legal authorization to work in the country

Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Ensure dishes and smallwares are cleaned and sanitized according to health standards
- Monitor dishwashing equipment to meet wash and rinse temperature requirements
- Dispose of trash and remove linen bags timely
- Support culinary team by providing clean kitchenware
- Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness guidelines
- Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
