Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years of age
- availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- communicate well with others and believe in the importance of teamwork
- keep the dish area organized, clean, sanitized and running smoothly
- maintain the proper water temperature for cleaning and sanitizing
- ensure all dishware and utensils are thoroughly cleaned
- support kitchen staff by providing clean plates and tools in a timely manner
- follow health and safety guidelines during all cleaning processes
- assist with waste disposal and recycling as needed
