Job Requirements
- Must be able to speak and understand English
- Be courteous to guests and other employees
- Must be able to stand and exert fast paced mobility
- Must be able to repeatedly bend/stoop, frequently push/pull, and occasionally squat, reach above shoulder level, kneel and balance
- Must be able to carry up to 50 lbs, and lift 75 lbs with assistance
- Must be able to work holidays, weekends, and other shifts as necessary

Job Duties
- Ensure all dishes and utensils are clean, sanitized, and put away in proper place
- Empty, compact and dispose all garbage into the trash bin in a safe manner
- Sweep and mop kitchen and refrigerator floors
- Clean, sweep back dock area
- Clean and perform other duties pertaining to sanitation
- Use proper safety precautions when using cleaning chemicals
- Additional responsibilities assigned by management
