- Ability to obtain valid Food Handler's Card
- able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds independently
- able to stand, sit, and walk for prolonged periods
- able to reach overhead and below the knees
- able to bend, twist, and perform physical labor

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain cleaning equipment including dishwashers and garbage compactors
- wash and sanitize kitchen areas, storage rooms, utensils, knives, and equipment
- receive deliveries, store perishables properly, and rotate stock
- ensure clean dishes are stored in appropriate locations
- use chemical detergents, disinfectants, and rinse agents correctly
- inspect, sort, and rewash dishes as necessary
- manage waste by emptying bins and maintaining trash and recycling areas
- follow all safety policies and report accidents or hazardous conditions
- perform physical tasks including lifting objects up to 50 pounds, standing, reaching, bending, and other reasonable duties assigned
- communicate professionally and support team goals
- ensure compliance with quality standards
