- willingness to work full-time with varying shifts including day and evening hours
- ability to handle physical demands of the role including standing for long periods and lifting

Job Duties
- clean dishes and equipment used in event preparation and serving at Mayo Foundation House and Walters House
- coordinate with manager and supervisors to maintain the dish room and related storage areas in an organized manner
- accurately count and label dishware, glassware, and silverware needed for upcoming events
- ensure timely cleaning and sanitation of all kitchen utensils
- assist with inventory and restocking of dishroom supplies
- maintain cleanliness standards according to health and safety guidelines
- support event staff by preparing necessary dining items
