Job Duties
- Clean dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwasher or by hand
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and dishwashing areas
- Dispose of trash and recycling according to company policies
- Assist kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions
- Support the team with overall kitchen organization and readiness
