Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday during PM shifts and Sunday during daytime shift
- Physical ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Ability to handle working in varying temperature environments
- Ability to follow food safety regulations
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Janitorial experience preferred
- Self-motivated individual with an ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to stand or walk for extended periods
- Ability to work in varying temperatures
- Ability to comply with all food safety practices
- Strong time management skills
- Prior experience and current food handler's card preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness by properly washing and sorting soiled dishes
- Set up dish stations including dish machines and sinks
- Properly wash, stack, and store plates, glasses, pots, pans, silverware, and other kitchenware
- Maintain orderly trash levels throughout the shift and remove full trash cans and boxes
- Keep the dish area free of clutter and organized
- Assist in the timely storing of food deliveries
- Assist in food prep and other duties as requested by the Executive Chef
- Perform other duties as assigned
