Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good communication skills
- willingness to follow safety guidelines and food handling procedures
- ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- no prior criminal record
Job Qualifications
- previous experience in a similar dishwashing or cleaning role preferred
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- wash, store and rack plateware, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and other smallwares and equipment
- maintain sparkling clean restrooms
- adhere to food safety and sanitation standards
- ensure a clean, sanitized and safe environment and equipment for guests and team members
- support team members by maintaining cleanliness throughout the restaurant
- follow established health and safety protocols
- assist with other cleaning duties as assigned
