Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirements and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- ability to stand for 8 to 12 hours per shift
- ability to work in a team with attention to detail and multitasking ability
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in restaurant or kitchen cleaning preferred
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- ability to work as part of a team
- good attention to detail
- ability to multitask effectively
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant
- clean and sanitize all dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- operate dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly
- empty all kitchen and other area trash
- work as a team supporting cooks with prep work and biscuit preparation
- focus on team and customers in every decision
- follow all cleaning and safety protocols
