Job Duties
- wash pots, pans, cutlery, crockery, glasses, and traps
- maintain neat appearance of working areas and cleaning equipment storage areas
- prepare store with tools needed for effective operation and ready cleaning stations for table turns
- support front of house team by bussing tables efficiently
- clean all cooking and eating tools thoroughly to meet ticket times
- follow food hygiene procedures and regulations
- receive and unpack kitchen and food deliveries
- sweep and mop kitchen floors
- clean garbage cans and waste barrels
- wash worktables, walls, and refrigerators
- operate dishwashing machine according to standard procedures
- perform general cleaning duties including bin emptying, station tidying, and bathroom checks
- maintain grooming and uniform guidelines
