- Past experience in fast food, stewarding, stocking merchandise, food service, restaurants or general housekeeping helpful

- Ability to change activities quickly

Job Duties
- Operate and maintain dish machine to standards, efficiently processing dishes and utensils
- Unload dish machine, stack, store, and return dishes and utensils to proper area of kitchen
- Maintain cleanliness in dish area and kitchen, including emptying garbage cans and performing general cleaning tasks
- Ensure floor safety by sweeping, mopping, and drying, and transport soiled ware to designated areas
- Handle cleaning chemicals safely, wipe down countertops, restock supplies, and assist with equipment movement
- Set up equipment and bus stations for efficient service, anticipating event order needs and performing additional assigned duties
