must hold current and valid food handler's permit
ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time
ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Pre-rinse all dishes prior to placing in industrial dishwasher
use industrial dishwasher to wash all dishes from the kitchen, concession stands and catering events
clean all kitchen equipment on a regular basis and as requested by Executive Chef or other team members
clean kitchen floors on a regular basis
assist chefs with preparation for events
place all recycling and trash in appropriate locations
perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
