- ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods of time
- ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Pre-rinse all dishes prior to placing in industrial dishwasher
- use industrial dishwasher to wash all dishes from the kitchen, concession stands and catering events
- clean all kitchen equipment on a regular basis and as requested by Executive Chef or other team members
- clean kitchen floors on a regular basis
- assist chefs with preparation for events
- place all recycling and trash in appropriate locations
- perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned
