Job Requirements
- Proven experience working in a high volume restaurant
- Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
- Able to carry 30-40lbs
- Washing, sanitizing and properly organizing all dishes, pots, pans, utensils
- Bringing all food deliveries to the kitchen and storage areas
- Properly organizing and storing all delivered products including dry goods and refrigerated items
- Removing all trash, recycling and other garbage from kitchen and pastry as needed
- Daily cleaning of walk-in including sweeping and mopping floors
- Sweeping and mopping the entire restaurant space
- Daily deep cleaning tasks
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high volume restaurant setting
- Knowledge of proper sanitation and food safety practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to lift and carry 30-40 lbs
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Washing and sanitizing all dishes, pots, pans, utensils, etc
- Organizing and properly storing all dishes and kitchen tools
- Receiving food deliveries and transporting them to kitchen and storage
- Organizing and stocking dry goods on shelves
- Placing refrigerated items in walk-in coolers
- Consolidating and organizing walk-in and kitchen storage shelves
- Removing trash, recycling, and garbage from kitchen and pastry areas
- Sweeping and mopping the walk-in floors and entire restaurant space
- Performing daily deep cleaning tasks as assigned
