Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for 8 to 12 hours during a shift
- ability to work well with others and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- willingness to adhere to cleanliness and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in a dishwashing or kitchen support role is an advantage but not required
- ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- strong attention to detail
- good communication skills
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant
- clean and sanitize all dishes, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- operate dishwashing equipment and other machinery safely and correctly
- empty all kitchen and other area trash
- support cooks with food preparation tasks including making Cheddar Bay Biscuits
- focus on the team and customers ensuring every decision considers them
- follow all cleaning and safety protocols
