Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capability to stand for 8 to 12 hour shifts
- ability to work in a team environment with attention to detail and multitasking skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous restaurant or kitchen experience an advantage
- ability to operate commercial dishwashing equipment
- strong teamwork and communication skills
- attention to detail and ability to multitask
- commitment to safety and cleanliness standards
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all restaurant areas
- wash and sanitize all dishes, cutlery, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils
- operate dishwasher and other equipment safely and correctly
- empty kitchen and other area trash
- work as a team supporting cooks with prep work and preparation of signature Cheddar Bay Biscuits
- focus on team and customers in all decisions
- follow all cleaning and safety protocols
