Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment is an advantage
- ability to work well in a team setting
- attention to detail and strong multitasking skills
- commitment to following safety and sanitation guidelines
Job Duties
- Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant
- clean and sanitize all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
- operate dishwashers and other equipment safely and correctly
- empty kitchen and other area trash
- work as a team supporting cooks with prep work, "Cheddar Bay Biscuits" preparation, and other tasks as needed
- focus on team and customers, making decisions that always consider both
- follow all cleanliness and safety protocols
