Job Duties
- prepare and break down the dish washing area
- prepare and break down the dish machine and scraping area for service ware and pots
- work as part of a team with other dishwashers
- scrape, rack, and wash service ware
- return cleaned items to established storage areas
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing station
- support smooth and sanitary dining operations
