Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in restaurant or kitchen environment preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Physical capability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
- Availability to work nights and weekends
- Strong communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Duties
- Keeps work areas, food storage areas, and garbage areas clean and safe at all times
- Assists in control of inventory and supplies by handling dishes properly and avoiding breakage
- Reads and follows department of health standards and food industry standards
- Performs all other required duties, including prep work or additional tasks as needed
- Works closely with sous chefs, kitchen manager, line cooks, and front-of-house staff to ensure all dishes are properly washed, sanitized, and returned to service
