Job Requirements
- must be able to stand for extended periods
- capable of lifting heavy items up to 50 pounds
- flexible availability including evenings weekends and holidays
- ability to follow safety and sanitation guidelines
- reliable and punctual
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous kitchen or dishwashing experience a plus
- ability to work in a fast paced environment
- strong attention to detail
- good teamwork and communication skills
Job Duties
- follow all sanitation and cleaning procedures
- maintain dish machine in clean working order
- clean all dishes glassware pots and pans in a timely manner
- assist management with receiving deliveries
- maintain proper storage and rotation of products
- perform in-store janitorial cleaning if applicable
